Up date

I have already told you all in person about my experience in Steubenville, San Diego, so I will not be writing my trip in full account what so ever. If I tried doing that I would be here for at the least five hours, at least. I am getting better at typing but not that good.
I am going to post some pictures and maybe give some more trivial comments that I didn't mention before.

This picture is of the top level of the bus before we left the parking lot at St. Anne's. The Grey handle you see in the right bottom corner is part of my chair...wow! O.K. so that was random but ... hay ... it's me.... right. Random often equals Guin, as i am sure you all know. :) Love ya

Andrew Fernandez is a really nice guy and he smiles a lot so that naturally makes me like him.. as a friend. Erica is also really nice. I am glad that I got to know her because I see her at youth group all the time.

I am so glad that Stephanie came on this trip and that I also came on this trip. It was great to have her there, especially at Adoration.

Dominic and Estella are both really nice though i didn't get to know Estella that much, I think If I did I would like her a lot.
i am not sure if i spelled their names right but if I didn't You may correct Me Zephyr.

Shannon you are so funny Cassidy you are too.

David Jacobs and Bailey Likewise......................... Me and Bailey L.

Zachary and Dalton

I am so thankful for all my friends, old and new.

These are my room mates. We had a fun time. I am thankful I got to know Sonia this trip. emmmm ha I am thankful for all the people that I met and got to know this trip.

Saturday Morning after Starbucks ( I didn't get any thing) All the ladies are going to the arena for the chastity talk. the Guys went ....well I don't know were they went.

This picture was taken before the Starbucks. This is us eating Breakfast...or after eating it:)

GOD IS
ABOVE ALL

The theme for the 2009 conference.

Lord we place our trust in you.

Let us Praise God in the midst of our friends.

"Where two or more are gathered there I will be in their midst."

~Jesus

It is kind of blurry but this is the Arena and all the people are coming in.

This Man's name was..is Chris Pageant
He is married and as eight children.

Her name is Jackie
I really appreciated her ability to play and sing at the same time since that is almost impossible for me.

The guy in the white was the most amazing magic guy ever!

All of these people were singers or talkers.

The band was great but I son't know what their name is.

Every one loved Father John. I really liked what he said about not dating in High School. :) You know me.

This is us eating lunch before we went over to the Mary and Saints talk and to the football game. Gee Gryphon you are always eating, in pictures and out. Zephyr did she tell you that she ate three sandwiches at lunch on Friday and she was still scavenging around the bus for something to eat. '-'

I love our shirts! It is so fun to be in white. You look down and see such brightness! Any ways

.
This is the group who went to Chris Pageant's talk
on Mary and the saints.

We had to wait because it didn't start for a while but the boys and some of the girls took advantage of that time when Daniel pulled out a foot ball from his back pack that he always carries around.

At first they were just playing catch but you know, with boys they always get so aggressive that they end up playing the real thing pretty quit. As soon as they had acquired enough people they made teams.

As more people came in to hear the talk, the teams grew. People met more people and they all played together in a game of football.

There was now a game in full swing.

At one point Shannon made an amazing touch down. Every one was cheering, those who new her and those just watching the game.

This is the boys playing Ninja On Saturday evening. I was one of the only girls at that moment because I had gone with Pier and David to Confession but we didn't get to go because they were going to stop in about half an hour and their were tons of people.
SO we went back to the rest of the group but they hadn't come out of the dinner place yet and we were not aloud back in so we hang out on some cool looking monumental thing amijigs until we saw some of them come out. I think most of the girls went back to the dorm rooms to "freshen up" SO I just went with the boys to wait for the gates to open.

This is Saturday Night before Adoration.

This is our small group.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Sunday~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We were waiting for every one to be ready to go to the arena. It was funny because so many people were wearing green that day.
Brooke is really nice and
I really like Elizabeth.
There was a talk that morning on Prayer. She read the gospel three times telling us to listen and just to take a word or phrase or sentence away with us. What stood out to us and what applied to our lives. I think it is a good exercise. Oh by the way have you done what I told you to on the Bobby Pin?
It was so wonderful because we got to see and talk to Clara's sister's , The Trinitarians of Mary,
They sang that morning. It was so beautiful. It was so peaceful and loving.
Every Year they always call down all the woman who are discerning the religious life and than all the men who are discerning the priesthood.
These are the pictures
OK back to Finish.
After we left on Sunday we drove for a few hours and then went to the beach. The few hours didn't seam long at all, because I was sitting next to David Jacobs :/ ;) We talked about a lot of things. He was just trying to find the right button to push, as in, what would get me frustrated and the subject that would be most touchy. You know what his core line was that made me explode ? "I am not going to have more than two kids." "The world is over populated." :0
He found my button and he knew it. I could see him smiling as I sat there fuming, waiting for his other conversation to be done so I could defend my .. well.. faith. So i could tell him that " You can't get married because when you take your vows you vow to be open to children" Thats when he pulled the line " The world's over populated". He hit upon the right subject if he wanted to get me riled up. Though it was frustrating at times, because I didn't know if he was kidding or not, I had fun talking/debating to him.
When we got to the beach the girls and changed and every one id their thing that they needed to do. And we went down to the beach. I say down because we had walk a little ways before we came to the sea side.
Finish later. Guin
