EXERCISE !!!!!!

..inside joke... lol.. haha *softly chuckling to ones self*
Well girls it might surprise you that I followed your advise and did this morning. At 3.7 mph I accomplished 1.26 miles in 23 minuets. Not horribly fast but definitely not slow either. Constant pace and a firm foundation.
So now I must say to you ... EXERCISE!!!!


I received an email today from a very dear friend. I firmly hope that they do not mind me saying... Quote

I laughed out loud at this... because it is also a resemblance of the state of my life as well. Not that anyone honked at me ( I have not been so privileged ... ;) but that if something did happen out of the ordinary, that was not coming from the category of the negative, I also would not be complaining because it would actually mean that I would have something to tell about that was interesting in my own life... instead of finding other peoples interesting lives ( or just interesting incidents and experiences ) and passing them on to fulfill the need to tell something exciting that happen to somebody. Often I think that the world as run out of unexpected events that actually put some pep to our normal lives... maybe that is why I have posted this incident .. to reassure myself and all others that wished to be reassured that ordinary days always have the chance (however small it may be) to become unique with just the honk of a horn.
