You are absolutely right... Where is that girl?
So... I just got back from my first class at Cuesta. It was okay. I liked and hope to continue to like it. The History Teacher is Mr. Hicthman. He has different view points (all teachers seem to when it comes to Catholics) but its not like I didn't expect it. He also makes different choices about his vocabulary.. He said the "D" word at least four times. I was a little shocked (though not scandalized... )but overall I enjoyed myself.
I was contemplating not trying to get into the Spanish 1 class tomorrow but I am feeling more confident today and not so intimidated. I am going to get this thing down. Good news. I met the girl who came in right after me and sat down next to me. Her name is Jenna, She is Catholic (She recognized me from morning mass from when I went to St. Rose) and was Home schooled too. She is 21 and is becoming a teacher. She was so helpful and put me right at ease.
So overall... I have had a good start to the day. Praise God for being with me and giving me peace. Thanks girls for your Prayers!!
