Sooo... Wow.  A big week behind me and another in front of me.  As you girls know, I am up in Tehachapi at my Oldest sisters' house. It was in Gods providence that we were up here this week, the same week that it was discovered that my youngest nephew, Joshua, has Botchulism.  Though we almost lost him, he is know stable and on recovery in L.A. Childrens' Hospital.  I have been watching the other 5 kids here at the house. Its a chore but a blessing to be able to be a help to all those traveling back and forth to LA and an opportunity to get to know my nephews and nieces better, which takes a lot of patience but it pays off.

I love to build with blocks and train tracks!!!  That may sound quite a change of topic but I have had the opportunity to play with them this last week and have had a blast.  I took some pictures of building projects that I have under gone so far.

So I have had a lot of fun even though it is hard to keep every one entertained and happy.
I love you so much girls and I am sorry that you couldn't get in contact with me over the last week.
Keep praying for us :)

God bless you

Its been a long time since I posted...

I'm home from Notre Dame! Let me just say that it was absolutely the most amazing trip of my life! I have so much to say about it, that I can't say it all on here, because the amount of typing would take HOURS!

So I'll say that Chicago was super fun, but Notre Dame was WAY better! I have some stories to tell, and lots of memories to look back on. I can't wait to go back next year...I'm dying to go back next year!

We stayed 3 nights in Chicago, before heading to Notre Dame on Monday morning. Friday, we left and stayed in Chicago that night, and came home to Cali on Saturday evening.

Chhicago was fun! Lots of walking, and sight-seeing, a ten mile bike ride, watching fireworks over the water, eating good food, and the big one: I stayed up 41 hours without sleep; most of Thursay, all of Friday, and the first little while of Saturday. We stated at the Hyatt which was super nice, and went shopping, and walking around, and talking. Chicago was fun.

Notre Dame was even better, but I'd rather talk about that then type about it. It was great. I bought stuff. I loved my small group, and my roommate (who was in my small group). The talks ranged from good to phenomenal, and the people were all really cool. The cafeteria had a wide variety of food, especially for a college. The stuff was over-priced but I bought some things anyways. I was so sleep-deprived, but so happy that it didn't matter. I'm still tired, and I didn't even get out of bed until almost 2:30 this afternoon.

Anyways, here's a picture of our group just before the Scavenger Hunt:

I love you! I'll tell you more over the phone or in person:)

So here are the pictures of our Shopping Day !!!!

Sounds awesome!!

Wow Christin, sound like you had a lot of fun!! Thats so cool that you got to spend time with your sister and your cousins!  And miss Morgan... You must also be having a blast over in Chicago!
So I know that Morgan can't come but I am really hoping that Christin can come to Angela's wedding shower...
Will you be able to come??  I really hope so!!!

I have edited the pictures from our shopping day with the Risvolds but this main computer will not allow me to post the pictures. It is so frustrating. It does this weird thing and it looks like it is downloading but when I say attach... or something like that... It freezes. I can exit out of that box just fine and nothing else freezes It just refuses to let them get into my post.  Anyway.... I will stop ranting now... I will email them to myself and download them from the other computer.

I love you both so incredable much

God bless you

Finished painting the bathroom and anticipating the Kellers visit.

So I love the improvements in our bathroom!!!  What once was deep red is now light green. I really like it. I haven't taken any pictures of it... it is not often that you take pics of bathrooms just cause...but when I do I will hopefully remember to post it. Better still... why don't you two just come and see it. sounds like a good plan even if it doesn't sound like a reality any time soon.   But seriously you guys need to come up and we need to spend a day at the beach.
We also painted the hall way and all the doors and molding... whewww.   Big Job but so glad that we did it cause it looks great.
The Kellers are coming up tomorrow for the 4th of July!  I am so excited about seeing them!!!!  It feels like... well... FINALLY!!!!  We may be going to the beach on Sunday (tomorrow) and I will most likely be taking a lot of pictures so you count on my posting them.
SO with all our painting done (and believe me ... there was a lot) we can move on to our next summer project ... which would be scrap-booking.  I ordered a lot of pictures so I should be kept busy though I don't really intend to scrap-book them all in one week. It already takes me all day and more to just scrap-book one event and I ordered more than 8 different events.
Mom is really in to keeping busy this summer. Which isn't a bad thing ... on the contrary it is a mighty good thing but it does make a person feel mighty busy.  ;)   She hopes to be getting over to the mission garden to help out with weed control. It kinda is a community effort in which parishioners kinda off adopt a box and take care of it. Visiting some convalescent hospitals is also on the list.  All these things and don't forget everything to do with Angela's wedding.

So I really must go considering that it is now not Saturday and that the kellers will be coming today instead of tomorrow now that it is passed midnight.

God bless you abundantly.
With all my love and Prayers
